Azurite with Malachite
A superb, large single crystal of translucent, lustrous deep-blue Azurite. The Azurite crystal face is slightly striated and has a couple of minor occurrences of green fibrous Malachite, while the bottom is entirely Malachite. The contrast between the Azurite and Malachite is beautiful. There are a couple of contact points which is normal and unavoidable to secure specimens like this from the surrounding matrix, though the crystal itself is in excellent condition.
